1984 : RAW PASSION WINS OVER REASON!
Jean-Marc Scribante maître chocolatier pâtissier and his young spouse Ghislaine give them a challenge: not the discovery of a new world but an adventure of gustatory sharing around sweets and chocolate . In january, it is the opening of the Scribante pastry shop in 84 rue de la Liberté in Bourgoin-Jallieu.
1988 : MODERN TIMES
The know-how and the creations of Jean-marc as well as the innovative packaging of Ghislaine are a big success… The shop becomes bigger and has a lifting!
1993 : SHARING OF THE TASTE
In a permanent research of good taste, Jean-marc enlists himself in the professional cercle Tradition Gourmande. Since, the chocolate shop never ceases to be an actif member of the association.
2001 : THE MACHINE IN OPERATION …
Mode phenomenon or a luxury must, the “chocolat dans tous ses états” is the star of all the parisian podiums, but not only! Jean-Marc and Ghislaine choose to follow the tendance. The shop operates its second mutation and becomes “Chocolaterie and Confiserie Scribante”. The innovation lays in the presentation of the products, as well as in their disponibility in a self-service.
2009 : CHANGE OF SPIRITY…
For the chocolate shop, a chapter is closing and a next one is coming. Clément Dornon becomes an associate in order to increase the production and is in charge of the manufacturing. Esprit Chocolat is born!
