Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier – Champion du Monde des Métiers du Dessert – Paris


Franck Michel comes from the Lorraine. After a classic training in Pastry, he is responsible of the Entremets by Oberweis in Luxembours during 8 years, then he is responsible of the development of the Pastry assortment by Flo Prestige in Paris till 2001. While a trainer and a demonstrator for DGF, he prepares the “Un de Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier” contest which he wins in 2004. Then he becomes Champion du Monde of Pastry in 2006.

Since then, he is an independant consultant and trainer as well as a coach for others patissiers for different contests (for ex.: Team France and Team Spain which won the Coupe du Monde in 2009 and 2011). Thus, he works in France and all over the world. He takes advantage of this opportunity to sign his first book.



You will made different artistic presentation in chocolate on a theme chosen to decorate your shop Windows and prestigious buffets. You will teach the various bound with these ingrédients.
