Bordeada por el mar y la cordillera de los Pirineos, es una tierra rica y diversa. Las mujeres y los hombres que viven aqu\u00ed dan mucho valor a esta regi\u00f3n impregnada de tradici\u00f3n catalana.<\/p>\n<p>Me inspiro cada d\u00eda descubriendo y degustando la quintaesencia de los productos excepcionales de este hermoso pa\u00eds. Mis creaciones respetan el tiempo, la cultura y el apego a esta tierra. column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<h2>Mi historia<\/h2>\n<p>Al proceder de un entorno gastron\u00f3mico, a los 4 a\u00f1os ya me fascinaba el oficio de pastelero, chocolatero y heladero.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, la aplicaci\u00f3n diaria de mis padres a su tarea fue una revelaci\u00f3n para m\u00ed. Desde entonces, a los 15 a\u00f1os, me lanc\u00e9 a las carreteras del Tour de Francia, aprendiendo y practicando con pasi\u00f3n el &#8220;amor al trabajo bien hecho&#8221; en una compa\u00f1\u00eda con grand\u00edsimos profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n me prepar\u00e9 para numerosos concursos y segu\u00ed varios cursos de formaci\u00f3n profesional para enriquecerme y adquirir las bases que me permitieran expresarme plenamente.<\/p>\n<p>Las reuniones y los consejos de Mejor pastelero de Francia (MOF) como Gabriel Paillasson, Alain Guinet, Bernard Huguet y Pascal Caffet fueron sin duda decisivos. Le siguieron una serie de \u00e9xitos, como la obtenci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo de &#8220;Uno de los mejores artesanos de Francia&#8221; y el Campeonato Mundial del Comercio de Postres.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de entonces, comenc\u00e9 mis primeras experiencias en el mundo de la formaci\u00f3n, transmitiendo mi experiencia, mis conocimientos y mi amor por mi profesi\u00f3n en Francia y en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, se convirti\u00f3 en una vocaci\u00f3n y cada d\u00eda saboreo plenamente esta felicidad.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, participo en la organizaci\u00f3n de numerosos concursos nacionales e internacionales para transmitir y perpetuar el saber hacer de la pasteler\u00eda, la chocolater\u00eda y la helader\u00eda francesas.<\/p>\n<p>Tras numerosas peticiones, en 2005 cre\u00e9 mi propia empresa de asesoramiento y formaci\u00f3n en pasteler\u00eda en Perpi\u00f1\u00e1n.
