• Master the basic techniques of pastry - chocolate - ice cream making,
• Manage the production team,
• Be a driving force in the creation and rationalization of products,
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and good food hygiene practices,
• Ensure the follow-up of the quality of the production,
• Manage stocks and purchases.
